Returns

If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we'll send you a replacement. Otherwise, we won't be able to make a refund.

We regret to inform you that we cannot process returns for products purchased through retailers, items purchased in error by the customer, sale items (sold at a discounted price), or products damaged due to customer mishandling. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for items that are undamaged or were delivered incorrectly.

To put in a request for a return, please email our support staff. Once the claim is approved, they will ask you to send your items back to our global warehouse in Asia. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns. 

Refunds

Please note that the product must be received in original condition with original packaging. The refund will be processed once our team confirms receipt of the return!

We do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly.

Refund Exceptions

In rare cases where an item purchased at a discounted price is deemed to be eligible for a refund, store credit may be issued at the discretion of management.

Cancellations

Typically, our order processing is swift. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us promptly at info@EasyLife-fm.com. If you initiate the cancellation within 2 hour of placing your order, we can provide a full refund without any conditions. However, once this window has passed, we regret to inform you that cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Shipping Costs

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.

Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance! 

Sale Items

Sadly, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased at a discounted price, including items on sale or clearance. All sales of discounted items are final.

Shipping

Once your order is processed—which for 96% of orders occurs within 1-3 working days, 3% within 4-5 working days, and 1% within 6-7 working days—you can expect delivery within 5-20 business days after purchase, depending on customs clearance. For example, deliveries in the UK may arrive faster than shipments to destinations like the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, while many European and other international destinations might experience longer transit times.

Please note that, as the buyer, you are responsible for any VAT, tariffs, duties, taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance charges imposed by your country for importing consumer goods. These fees are not collected in advance, and they can vary widely, so we recommend reviewing your local import regulations to avoid any unexpected charges at customs.

In some cases, orders may be returned due to issues such as non-payment of tariffs, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed packages. If a package is returned, we will contact you regarding a replacement shipment, and you will not be asked to pay any additional postage.
